My Dad & I were talking about what new hobby I should take up this year. Should I try knitting? Nah. Should I try hardcore sewing? Nah. Maybe I should get back into drawing, I did love having a sketchbook. More journal writing, perhaps? And then he flung this at me… “Lynnie, I think you need a boyfriend.” (Silence.) GOSH DAD.

Whoa.

Romain Laurent captures magic in a photograph. I’m stuck staring deep into his photographs, searching for something out of place, but everything falls perfectly. He shows so much variety and versatility in his talent, and there’s not a single photo I don’t like. Even this one. Sweet holy baby Jesus, I love this guy’s work.

Phew. I'm beat.

I’ve had a really busy couple of days! My cousin and her boyfriend flew in from California early Friday morning and are here to visit for a couple of weeks.
