Cottage
So, although it’s not as cool as a 3 week trip to France… (super jealous, S!) I’m so stoked on the going to the cottage this long weekend.
I can’t wait to unplug from my cell phone, facebook, email, and even tumblr (though i will miss my beloved blog). I just can’t wait to lose contact with the world for a few days. I love not knowing what drama is flaring up, and all the disasters in the news. I don’t want to know anything, I don’t want to talk to anyone. Just for a few days.
It will still be pretty cold up there, so no swimming and no sun tanning. I’m excited to curl up with a good book, or finish some handy projects, maybe get some drawing & writing in. However the weekend turns out, I’m just glad to be going away.
