Okay, so as you may remember, I have a house now with a bunch of my girlfriends. I painted my room a lovely studio grey colour (it’s pretty dark, with thick white baseboards & trim) and i love it. However, I’m having such trouble stepping away from the monotone grey & white palette … as usual. I need to introduce some colour! Here is what I’m thinking:

Yellow. (not some floosie yellow that looks like the sun’s always shining, but a nice mustardy/canary yellow)

Pink (a light pastel-ly pink. My bedspread is a silvery greyish colour… it would make me feel more princessy)

Teal (i don’t know what shade. but it would have to be bright.)

Orange (not the bright orange that first comes to mind. more the creamsicle sorbet orange type.)

HELP! I’m a fool when it comes to anything outside the shades of black and white.
