I can’t believe that fall is coming to an end over here in my neck of the woods. I feel like school just started - and in just one month, I’ll already be packing my bags and heading home for the holidays! Crazy!
D. and I went for a good walk/hike up a cliff this past weekend to waste some of our Saturday afternoon. We didn’t really know where we were going, so we just kept on climbing upwards. Eventually we reached this peak where we were basically standing right on the edge of a cliff looking down into a little stream wayyy down there. It was a nice reward to our muddy walk up there. We threw sticks and rocks off the edge, and yelled really loud where no-one could hear us, and tried to balance along the railroad tracks. The afternoon proved to be quite wonderful, and almost necessary. There’s always something completely refreshing (for your lungs, and your life) about spending some solid time in the fresh air. Doesn’t hurt that D. was there, either.
